Validated scaffolds for novel product development

Isolere Bio has developed several small & stable scaffolds to choose for novel ligand selection. We have demonstrated broad library compatibility when targeted towards different molecules including viral assemblies and monomeric proteins. Using functional screening methodology, we were able to identify multiple possible candidates that have at least 5X superior binding affinity to the intended target compared to a control sequence with known binding behavior.
