Prototype Now Available for a Limited Time!

high-purity
& high-yield

IsoTag™ Reagents and Products are paired with a platform process that uses existing equipment and off-the-shelf consumables to achieve high-purity and high-yield in hours.

IsoTag™ AAV is a specialized reagent, engineered for the demanding requirements of small and large-scale downstream purification. It combines the principles of affinity capture with liquid-liquid phase separation using a proprietary fusion protein.

The single protein reagent has two domains: (1) an AAV-specific binding domain and (2) a stimulus-responsive biopolymer. It enables a robust, efficient, and consistent purification process for a broad spectrum of adeno-associated virus (AAV) serotypes.

This Prototype Kit is for research purposes only and includes buffer solutions. Currently only available in a limited quantity and only in North America as IsoTag™ AAV reagents are shipped on dry-ice via expedited services and require immediate storage.

Perform continuous capture in a fed-batch format to concentrate your material. Perform a series of wash step to eliminate host cell contaminants.

Achieve your desired purity through predictable contaminant removal as a function of the number of wash diavolumes programmed.

The purity of AAV product achieved with IsoTag™ reagent is superior to industry leading methods, as assessed by CE-SDS. Aggregates are also lower in the IsoTag™ product compared to that from leading affinity chromatography resins (as measured with many techniques, including DLS, SEC, and CD-MS).

IsoTag™ Reagent Technology is able to purify by BOTH Size and Affinity (or interaction).

Compare our process to all of these conventional techniques:

Achieving higher purity faster in one process than ALL OF THE conventional purification techniques can achieve in multiple processes.

Concentrate, wash, and elute in a single TFF step. Open pore sizes facilitate rapid processing with high flux and stable TMPs. Our process is compatible with standard TFF equipment and validated, off-the-shelf filters, making it easy to plug into your existing downstream process.

Quickly capture and concentrate your lentivirus from cell culture harvest with minimal losses.

IsoTag™ LV reagent captures the virus rapidly and concentrates it down into a small pellet with low speed centrifugation. Leave the IsoTag™ LV (non-toxic, biodegradable, biocompatible) in with your LV sample with no compromises to infectious titer or perform a short elution to remove it from your lentivirus product.

IsoTag™ Products

  • IsoTag™ AAV

IsoTag™ AAV Prototype Kit, available for limited time. IsoTag™ AAV Reagent enables downstream purification for a broad spectrum of adeno-associated virus (AAV) serotypes.

This reagent comes with a robust filtration protocol that integrates with existing equipment and validated, off-the-shelf consumables. Eliminate your expensive, cumbersome affinity chromatography step.

  • IsoTag™ LV

Enveloped viruses pose several unique manufacturing challenges that Isolere’s technology is well suited to address. We anticipate this LV reagent and process will improve stability, enable rapid concentration, and maintain infectivity with gentler elution conditions.

This application is under development, but we are seeking partners and alpha testers to accelerate its path to commercialization.

  • Pipeline: Nucleic Acids & Adenovirus

We believe in the platform capabilities of our technology. Isolere’s adenovirus, mRNA, and pDNA programs recently launched. These new applications build upon the framework laid by previous biologics, including antibodies, AAV, and lentivirus.

  • Custom Development

Do you have a difficult biologic in need of tailored purification solutions? Our scientists are eager to discuss your project and how Isolere’s technology can help.

We have developed multi-scaffold libraries that allow us to rapidly select affinity ligands for any biologic target of interest. Once selected, the ligand can be quickly dropped into our platform, or further tailored to meet the specific needs of your target.
