One Reagent, Two Modes of Operation
Concentrate 200x & purify lentivirus from harvest material in 30 minutes!
Mode 1: Affinity Liquid Phase Separation via Centrifugation (ALPS-CF)
-
1. Add IsoTag™
Simply add the concentrated IsoTag™ LV reagent to your cell culture harvest containing unpurified, unconcentrated lentivirus.
-
2. Low-Speed Spin
Add a small amount of salt and spin for 10 minutes with any low speed centrifuge (>500 x g) to simultaneously purify and concentrate lentivirus.
-
3. Formulate & Use
Resuspend the captured and concentrated lentivirus in your buffer and volume of choice and it is ready to use!
Quickly capture and concentrate your lentivirus from cell culture harvest with minimal losses.
IsoTag™ LV reagent captures the virus rapidly and concentrates it down into a small pellet with low speed centrifugation. Leave the IsoTag™ LV (non-toxic, biodegradable, biocompatible) in with your LV sample with no compromises to infectious titer or perform a short elution to remove it from your lentivirus product.
Capture, concentrate and purify in under 30 minutes - 30X faster than comparable concentrators
IsoTag™ specifically binds to its target instantly, eliminating long incubation times of competing products.
Efficiently remove host cell proteins from your lentiviral preparation without a dedicated washing step.
This reduction is 2-10X better than the existing competition, again because of the specific nature of IsoTag™ LV reagent.
Superior virus stability, enhanced in vitro transduction, and improved recoveries when using IsoTag™ LV Reagent.
This results in better utilization of LV, mitigating scaling demands placed on upstream production
Mode 2: Affinity Liquid Phase Separation via TFF (ALPS-TFF)
Step 1: A highly specific affinity binding module captures the target biologic
Step 2: An engineered phase separation moiety triggers liquid-liquid phase separation with a variety of environmental cues
Step 3: Microfiltration with hollow fibers quickly removes contaminants while the target is retained in droplets
Step 4: Droplets are washed to a suitable contaminant removal level and exchanged into an elution buffer
Step 5: An elution buffer detaches IsoTag™ LV from the biologic and washes it away, retaining a 200X concentrated and purified product
