96% capture efficiency, 10X concentration IsoTag LentiVirus

1x IsoTag™LV was added to 10 mL samples of lentiviral harvest material and bound 96% of the lentiviral particles. Phase transitioning technology was used to pellet the bound lentivirus allowing media and contaminants to be washed away. The pellet was resuspended in 1 mL buffer, concentrating the harvest material 10x in one easy step. Lentivirus-associated p24 and transduction capabilities were measured using a lentivirus-associated p24 kit (CellBioLabs #VPK-107) and GFP expression by HEK273T cells, respectively.
