1x IsoTag™LV and a comparison PEG-based lentiviral concentrating product were used to concentrate 1 mL samples of lentiviral harvest material following manufacturers instructions. While the comparison product relied on an overnight incubation step, by using phase transitioning technology IsoTag™LV rapidly binds pellets lentiviral particles- concentrating the harvest material 10x in one easy step.

IsoTag™LV is roughly half the cost of the comparison PEG-based lentiviral concentrating product used in the baseline experimental protocol for both products.
